If I were to list all of the events going on in Brighton each month you’d be reading a much, much, much longer blog post. As it is we’ve selected what we think are some of Brightons best and there’s something on the list for everyone!
Here’s what coming up in September -
Trail run and orienteering at Devils Dyke
Saturday 7th
This family friendly event is probably not for everyone but if you want to tire the kids out and have a bit of fun whilst doing it this might be up your street. Sadly I’m allergic to running but for those of you who like to hit the trails this is a perfect day out and you can treat yourself to something tasty after!

Frost National Speed trails
Saturday 7th
This For those car enthusiast who want to see supercars such as Ferrais and Lambo’s as well as the old classics put pedal to the metal, head down to Madeira Drive this Saturday. The event will see around 150 cars and 75 motorbikes take a timed run of the quarter mile stretch down Brighton Seafront.

Apple Day Brighton
Sunday 22nd
A day revolving around apples, you can enjoy tours of the orchards and organic plots as well as the freshest apple juice and cider - produced on site by the permaculture trust! There will also be local food stalls as well as craft stalls, live music, activities and entertainment all day.
You know what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away…. if you throw it hard enough! So go get one of your 5 a day ( I reckon it counts if its in cider)

Boundary Festival
Saturday 28th
Back for its fourth year boundary festival is taking over Stanmer park once again. A one day festival of dance and bass music, tickets are still on sale!

Fleabag live
Saturday 28th
For those of you who have watched Fleabag will know it’s a bit like Marmite you’ll either love it or hate it. We personally love it, sadly the live show is now sold out however a recording of the live performance is showing at The Duke of Yorks picture house! :D Tickets selling fast so make sure you book yours soon!

The Gin to my Tonic Festival
Now that gin is all the rage events are popping up quite regularly (hallelujah, and yes I will let you know about every single one in Brighton!)
Held at the Hilton along Brighton Seafront, The gin to my tonic festival will have over 100 different gins for you to try all selected for their craftsmanship and flavour combinations.
It is a ticketed event but one that’s worth the money with a little goodie bag, gin tastings with a chance to pick the brains of the masters who make it, live music and entertainment as well as £5 craft G&T’s!

Vegan Festival
Saturday 28th
The vegan festival has just increased tenfold in popularity over the last few years and has always been a great day out with all the tasty vegan treats you could wish for as well as live demos, workshops and nutritional advice. With over 80 stalls including clothes, gifts, accessories and of course FOOD!

Vintage fair
Sunday 29th
Looking for some awesome vintage clothing to go with that wonderful beard of your? Check out the the event run by preloved vintage wholesale, with over 6 tonnes of vintage goods and an absolute steal at £15 per kilo. It would be almost rude not to, especially as all of this vintage goodness would just end up in landfill otherwise. Get thrifty and get some vintage bargains!
